used to pay for the service. Now at stage C you are ready to send us your stuff.
For small items such as memory cards we recommend you send us your original items in a padded envelope using Royal Mail recorded delivery. We will send you the completed work on DVDs and also return your small items free of charge using Royal Mail recorded delivery.
For large items such as tapes and cine film we recommend you send us your original items in a parcel using a tracked courier delivery and collection service such as Parcel2Go or similar.
We prefer to put you in full control of the delivery and collection of your precious memories.
Quite simply, this means that you arrange for the collection of your original items from your premises and their tracked delivery to our premises. When your original items arrive here, you will will be sent a courtesy email acknowledging receipt. Then, after your memories have been transferred to DVD, we will post the DVDs to you free of charge. We will also send you an email requesting that you arrange for the collection of your original items from our premises and their tracked delivery to your premises. In the course of doing this the courier will provide you with the address label * * a copy of which you must email to us, so that we can afix it to the return parcel when they come to collect it from our premises. Your returned original items will be sent in the re-used original packaging as part of our Green Policy. If you do not want your original items returned to you, just simply let us know and we will dispose of them.
