Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Transfer Convert Cinemania to you. Transfer Convert Cinemania is a trading name of John Barlow.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with Transfer Convert Cinemania. By placing an order with Transfer Convert Cinemania, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to Transfer Convert Cinemania to buy the product(s) or services in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product or service from Transfer Convert Cinemania, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This confirmation e-mail is acknowledgement that your order has been received, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) or services ordered. Transfer Convert Cinemania only accepts your offer, and concludes the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched with e-mail confirmation to you that the product has been dispatched to you. Your order is normally dispatched within 5 working days of purchase, if there is a delay you will be notified by e-mail. If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate e-mail for each package. Your contract is with Transfer Convert Cinemania.
Without affecting your right of cancellation set out in section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before Transfer Convert Cinemania sends the confirmation e-mail relating to that product. This right to cancel does not apply to certain categories of products and services, including commissioned work items, digital products or software which are not supplied in a physical format, once downloaded or used.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.
2. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS AND EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION STATUTORY RIGHT
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods or services purchased (or last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).
You must inform Transfer Convert Cinemania of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by using the contact form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and then return the item.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
Transfer Convert Cinemania will reimburse all payments for the goods received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery, no later than 14 days from the day on which Transfer Convert Cinemania received the above communication. Transfer Convert Cinemania will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Transfer Convert Cinemania may withhold reimbursement until Transfer Convert Cinemania have received the goods back in the same unaltered state they were sent.
You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature of the goods).
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
• a service, if Transfer Convert Cinemania has fully or partially performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that Transfer Convert Cinemania could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once the service had started;
• the supply of goods commissioned by you or made to agreed specifications;
• the supply of goods whose internal security seal is broken;
• the supply of goods which show signs of use by the customer;
• the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that Transfer Convert Cinemania could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
• the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparately mixed with other items.
3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Transfer Convert Cinemania list availability information for products and services on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what is written on that page or otherwise on the website, Transfer Convert Cinemania cannot be more specific about availability. As Transfer Convert Cinemania processes your order, Transfer Convert Cinemania will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Despite Transfer Convert Cinemania’s best efforts, a small number of the items in the web site may be mispriced. Transfer Convert Cinemania will verify pricing when processing your order and before taking payment. If Transfer Convert Cinemania have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, Transfer Convert Cinemania may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Transfer Convert Cinemania reserve the right to change the specification of a product or service, in the light of technical improvement or construction technique.
Some products are not factory new condition as would be the case with mass produced items. They may bear the fingerprint of creation and this will normally be made clear in the product description.
5. CUSTOMS
When ordering products from Transfer Convert Cinemania for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Transfer Convert Cinemania have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Transfer Convert Cinemania, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Exceptions arise when it has been agreed that you and Transfer Convert Cinemania agree to operate Inward Processing Relief.
Your privacy is important and Transfer Convert Cinemania would like international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
6. LIABILITY
Transfer Convert Cinemania and its affiliates will not be responsible for
• losses that were not caused by any breach on Transfer Convert Cinemania’s part, or
• any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or
• any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and Transfer Convert Cinemania when the contract for the sale of products by Transfer Convert Cinemania to you was formed.
The laws relating to liability shall use English Law.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes responsibility for fraudulent representations made by Transfer Convert Cinemania. Changes to product specifications shall not be construed as evidence for fraudulent representation or charges of significant difference to the order.
Transfer Convert Cinemania will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Transfer Convert Cinemania’s reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch, with the exception of commissioned work items.
In the event of contradiction between conditions of sale expressed or implied by any means of payment and the conditions of sale on the Transfer Convert Cinemania website, then the Transfer Convert Cinemania conditions will apply.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
Transfer Convert Cinemania reserve the right to make changes to the website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order products from Transfer Convert Cinemania, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
9. WAIVER
If you breach these Conditions of Sale and Transfer Convert Cinemania take no action, Transfer Convert Cinemania will still be entitled to use Transfer Convert Cinemania’s rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.
